FootballCynic was disappointed to hear that he had been left out of Fabio Capello's England squad for the forthcoming international against Switzerland. A large group of journalists heard FootballCynic tell them that he is still ready make his 100th appearance for England. When questionned about the fact he still had no caps, FootballCynic told the assembled mass that "He would be happy to play the next 100 games for 2 minutes only if that was what Mr Capello wanted." When asked whether he was considering retirement from internationals, FootballCynic told the media that he would "always be ready to represent his country". Looking bronzed and fit, FootballCynic added that he would always be ready to "jump on a plane and get back from the beach whenever and wherever" he was needed.
