Although FootballCynic predicted that Notts Forest would sneak past Doncaster Rovers, it was a bit of a sad day for The Vikings, The Rovers, Donny, The Mighty Dons or The Mighty Reds depending on which of Wikipedia's nicknames you choose to take. To FootballCynic, they have always been Donny and FootballCynic would have welcomed Doncaster Rovers back to the second tier of English football. (Incidentally, FootballCynic hates that expression 'the second tier of English football'). So, now it's the play offs and a first game against Southend United. Everyone at footballcynic.com, will be rooting for Donny against the Roots Hall boys. And, this  is not rooting as in the Australian sense. You won't find any Essex girl jokes on here.
