Glory Days Come Back to Pease Pottage
The glory days are back at Pease Pottage Village, we are delighted to report. And, as Tony underbuttons his grey cardigan to make room for another celebratory beer in his local, all we can say here at FootballCynic is that we are right behind you guys. Depsite a heavy opening day defeat to Uckfield Town, the boys in blue and white have bounced back with - well, two wins on the bounce. Attendances shot up by almost 20% after their 3-0 demolition of Bosham as 25 people poured into see the 4-1 win over Rottingdean Village. Our friends at www.westsussex.me.uk/technorati/Pease_Pottage.html are keen to tell you about the ingredients of a pease pudding (or pease pottage or pease porridge, if you will), but must now be ready for a special feature on their local team's successes. Tony, please give us that "ear to ground update" too!

I have been following the success of PPV this year and would like them to represent Great Britain in the 2012 Olympics, are they any good at wiff-waff?
I would just like to make clear that Wiff-Waff is coming home! Come on lads! FootballCynic says: Boris, you imply that we will be known as "Great Britain" at the 2012 Olympics. What has happened to that catchy little name "Team GB"?
