At last, the season is almost played out. Just, the FA Cup Final to be done and we can all forget about football unless you count England games. FootballCynic traditionally looks for alternative games on FA Cup Final day, as FA Cup Finals are often so tedious. It's almost a sad state when having Everton in the final makes it more interesting. And, by alternatives, we don't mean the Scottish FA Cup Final - as if Falkirk are going to trouble Rangers even slightly.
Fortunately, there is an alternative. Get yourself on a plane and watch Cyprus play Canada. Guaranteed sunshine, a cold beer and a nice stroll to the ground to watch the 74th and 89th best countries in the world (if you believe FIFA rankings) battle it out for - well, maybe, 69th ranking. FootballCynic sees this one as 1-1 draw, but likely to be fun from start to finish with a post-match kebab to look forward to as well.
So, don't head to Tescos and buy those beers to sit and watch BBC1 and Chelsea v Everton. Get off to Cyprus.

Cyprus 0-1 Canada, get in there. What was the score at Wembley then? (FootballCynic writes: Get in where? Are you our first Canadian reader? Do you call football by the name of soccer? Are you getting a little dizzy as Canada may rocket to a 65th place ranking? I forgot to check score at Wembley yesterday in the newspaper this morning. Let's assume it was Everton 9 Chelsea 0.)
